All domestic orders will ship out within 5-7 business days via USPS Priority mail, with the exception of major holidays. Please see USPS website for a listing of holidays.

A tracking number will be sent to the email on file once Soulful Manifestations Candle Co. has fulfilled your order.

In the event of a natural disaster or inclement weather we ask that you contact your local post office to open an investigation.

Soulful Manifestations Candle Co. is not resposible for any packages that have been lost and or stolen once they are in the possession of the United States Post Office. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Due to the nature of the products carried returns and exchanges are not accepted for products purchased and undamaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact soulfulmanifestationscandleco@gmail.com to request a replacement.  Include pictures in addition to your order number for a quick response. 

Do not burn a candle more than 4 hrs.

Always keep candles away from furnishings like curtains.

Allow the candle to melt to the edge of the glass on the first burn.

Trim the candle wick before first use and before each burn 1/4" (5mm).

Always keep the candle away from kids and pets.
